  1. Hi, I will stay for 5 nights in a rentrd flat in the congestion charge area. I will not use the car during my stay and will use public transport so the car will be parked in a private space outside the Building. Shall I pay for 6 days or only one way in and one wat out? Thanks. mg gotelli

    • Hello mg gotelli,
I think that if you are not using your car during your stay and it will be parked in a private space outside the building, you should not have to pay the congestion charge for the days your car is not being driven within the congestion charge zone. The congestion charge is typically applicable for vehicles that enter and drive within the designated area.

However, it’s important to note that regulations and policies may vary, so it would be best to double-check the specific rules and guidelines regarding the congestion charge in the area you will be staying. You can visit the official website of Transport for London (TfL) or contact their customer service for accurate and up-to-date information regarding the congestion charge and any exemptions that may apply to your situation.
