It was a brilliant night at La Trompette in Chiswick with my friends. We’ve been to this place for the second time, and yet again, we were not disappointed.

La Trompette is a restaurant that specializes in French cuisine. It is located on a pretty street in Chiswick, West London, at the intersection with Devonshire Road.

It’s a few minutes’ walks from the tube station, this restaurant has a delightful ambiance and delicious food. Their staff is amicable and helpful.

I went there for dinner on a Friday evening. There was only one table available for four people left, but it was perfect for us.

The table was in the restaurant’s corner, making it feel very intimate, especially as it slowly started filling up with other people.

The service was excellent throughout the night; the server was always kind and smiling, making me feel comfortable throughout our meal.

What I first noticed when I arrived at La Trompette was its beautiful interior design. The combination of white walls and dark furniture gave the place its elegant look.

There were also some paintings hanging on the walls, which made it look even more sophisticated and modern at the same time.

It is the best restaurant ever, I loved it, and I will come back again!

The food was the best. I had the oysters, and they were the best oysters I have ever had. I also had the duck ragu, which was incredible as well.

The service was excellent, and there was a good wine selection. It is my new favourite restaurant for sure!

Hare and Tortoise Chiswick is known for its warm, modern atmosphere, with dark woods and earth tones that create a relaxing environment. If you love Japanese food, then this restaurant has something for you!

The restaurant’s menu includes snacks, sharing platters, sushi, noodle dishes, rice dishes, and desserts. The menu is full of colour photographs of each item.

The staff at Hare and Tortoise Chiswick are friendly and helpful. They will answer any questions you have about the menu. I had a fantastic time eating at this restaurant!

They specialize in creating an experience unlike any other. Whether you’re stopping by for a quick bite at lunch or settling in for a multi-course sit-down dinner, they have something for everyone.

Their Pan-Asian cuisine will bring your palate around the world, and their skilled staff will make sure that your time with them will be the highlight of your week.

Hare and the Tortoise is a unique dining experience for the whole family.

You’ll have to keep your eyes peeled because there’s no signage and only a small menu on the door to let you know it’s even there. But once you do find it, you’ll be in for a treat.

The flavours of every dish are as rich and bold as the decor, with touches like brass statues of animals (of course!), big red booths, and golden fixtures throughout the restaurant.

There are plenty of options for everyone—including an all-you-can-eat buffet on Friday and Saturday nights—but I recommend starting with their spring rolls or prawn crackers.

The flavours are so complex that they’re almost impossible to describe, so you’ll just have to go try it yourself!

Tarantella is a new restaurant in Chiswick, and it’s already blowing everyone out of the water. I can’t remember the last time I went to a place that was so warm, welcoming, and delicious from start to finish.

They’ve got a vast menu of Italian classics, and they’ve even got an amazing vegan pizza made with such care that you won’t even notice it’s not real cheese. And the wine! The wine is fantastic.

The staff are really on top of their game—they’re friendly and efficient but never too pushy. And they know the menu inside and out!

If you’re looking for recommendations, they’ll give them to you without hesitation, but they’ll do it in a way that makes you feel like you’re coming up with the ideas yourself—never like they’re pushing something on you just to get rid of it (which can be so awkward).

Best part? The owners are always there! I don’t know about you, but I love being able to meet the people who started this whole thing—it makes me feel so much more connected to the experience.

If you’re looking for a Chiswick restaurant to take friends and family to a fantastic Italian meal in Chiswick, you must visit Taranta.

8. Annie’s

Friends told me the food at Annie’s would be flavorful and delicious, but I was not prepared for the experience that awaited me. We were greeted by a friendly host who seated us promptly upon entering.

The ambiance was warm, cosy, and welcoming—the kind of place where you want to curl up with a cup of tea and talk about your day with your best friend.

The food was equally inviting. We started with an appetizer of artichoke hearts in a creamy sauce. This dish was simple but absolutely delicious!

The flavours were subtle yet exquisite—we found ourselves savouring each bite while longing for more.

My husband ordered the oven-roasted salmon for our main dishes, which came on top of a bed of rice pilaf with asparagus spears on the side. It looked beautiful and tasted even better!

The salmon had just the right amount of crispiness on the outside while remaining moist and tender inside. The rice pilaf had a savoury flavour that went well with the fish, and I loved how the asparagus added a burst of colour to the plate.

For my entrée, I ordered the chicken piccata—a delightful combination of chicken breast slices in capers and lemon sauce served over the bow.

The big and hearty portion of the pork belly was a joy to eat. I would recommend trying it if you are a fan of pork belly. The wine and the food were great, and their service was outstanding.

When I think of Annie’s, I think of duck fat because Annie’s is the place where I learned to love duck fat fries.

I’d never had them before, but one of Annie’s chefs introduced me, and now I can’t stop.

There are a lot of great things on the menu, including a delicious chicken and mushroom pie and a phenomenal creme brulee with an extra-crispy sugar crust. But nothing has ever held my attention quite like the duck-fat fries.

They’re made from fresh potatoes, fried in a vat of duck fat that Annie’s been using for years.

They’re then served in a tomato sauce boat with three dipping sauces: horseradish mayo, garlic aioli, and blue cheese dressing.

The combination of savoury flavours—the salt from the fries, the creaminess of the sauces—with the sweetness from the hint of tomato in the sauceboat is unparalleled.

I had a great experience at Annie’s, and I’ll definitely be going back! The atmosphere was cosy and charming, and the food was absolutely astounding.

Cote is a French restaurant in Chiswick.

Three main things set Cote apart from other restaurants in Chiswick.

The first is the service: Cote’s wait staff are trained to be informative and engaging but not too fussy or intrusive. They always want to make sure they’re giving you what you want, but they don’t want to get in your way.

The second thing that sets Cote apart is the food. At Cote, they go for the “French brasserie” style, so everything is focused on good food that’s cooked well and served with warmth.

They try not to get too fancy or too complicated—just smart choices and good flavours that pair well with our wine list. And speaking of the wine list!

The third thing that sets Cote apart is their wine list. They offer over 400 wines from France and beyond, so no matter what you’re eating or how much money you want to spend, we have something for everyone’s budget and palate.

The food was fantastic, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere could not have been better. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and our waiter’s recommendations were spot on.

I started with the garlic bread with mozzarella and tomato and then followed it up with a Margherita pizza with mushrooms and vegan cheese. It was indeed one of the best things I’ve ever tasted.

My friend ordered the same thing but without the cheese. She enjoyed her meal as well.

Overall, this is a great place to eat if you’re looking for quality Italian food without breaking the bank!

My experience at Five Guys was great. The food was amazing, and the service was just as good.

I tried their vegetarian burger, which had grilled mushrooms, cheese, and onions. It tasted great and didn’t feel too heavy on my stomach. I also got a side of curly fries and a drink.

The food took about 15 minutes to get to our table, which was fine because a few people were ahead of us.

Once we got our food, it did not take long to finish eating because Five Guys had given us more than enough fries and burger patties.

The service was outstanding; the workers were friendly and helpful when we needed something or had a question about the menu.

The environment was also great because it wasn’t too loud, and there weren’t many people in the restaurant, so we could talk without yelling or straining our voices.

Overall, my experience at Five Guys was very positive, so I would definitely go back in the future!

I went to a restaurant in Chiswick called Pho and had a great experience.

The menu was diverse and catered to a variety of tastes. The atmosphere was comfortable, and the food instilled a feeling of home.

Their prices were in line with what one would expect to pay for food like this in the neighborhood but did seem slightly steep.

The servers were very professional and friendly. They were attentive but not overbearing. I had a great time and will be going back for sure!

Final thought

What’s the latest hot spot in London? No, it’s not a new burger joint; it’s the Chiswick restaurant.

Chiswick is one of the most expensive and sought-after places to live in London. It’s home to some of the city’s most affluent people, and although it’s just a short train ride away from Central London, it still has a small-town feel. Chiswick has some of the best restaurants in the city (and arguably in all of Europe).

So if you’re looking for a meal that will impress you or your guests, look no further than these 20 best Chiswick restaurants listed above.

I hope you enjoyed reading and have chosen your spot for lunch. But if you feel I have missed any hot Chiswick restaurants. Let me know in the comment. I’d love to hear from you.
